Lease and Land Registry plans

Scaled, compliant plans for leases, title registrations, boundary changes and property sales.

lease & land registry plans

Plans that solicitors and the Land Registry accept.

We survey the property and draw plans that meet HM Land Registry requirements, ready for your solicitor.

When a property is sold in part, a lease is granted or a title is split, the Land Registry needs a plan that identifies the land precisely. Plans that do not meet its requirements are sent back, and the transaction waits.

We measure the property and draw the plan to the right scale on an Ordnance Survey base, with the extent clearly edged and everything the registration needs.

how we work

Drawn to the requirements, not just to scale.

A plan is rejected for small things: no scale, no north point, unclear edging. We draw to the published requirements.
